  • 2 cups Water

Method:

  4. Strain the kadha into a cup and add honey (optional).

  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • 2 cups Water

Method:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom pods (slightly crushed), and fennel seeds.
  3. Let the mixture simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Strain and add honey, if desired.
  5. Drink while warm.

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  • 2 cups Water

Method:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan.
  2. Add Tulsi leaves, Mulethi powder, and black pepper.
  3. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture and add honey before drinking.
